If you missed the call to action due to technical difficulties, Melody encouraged us to send mail or post on social media pages of businesses and service organizations that are still working while many of us stay home to keep others safe. There is a link on the website which has a list of several places (sanitation, medical, city organizations, etc.) where you can send your appreciative thoughts! (She also cited the CDC and WHO to assure us that mail is considered generally safe, but if you aren’t comfortable, you can flood Facebook pages with appreciation.)

I would also say that the blood banks are in great need of blood as many people don't feel comfortable contributing.
