Can you post a link to the guidance about in person contact with students? I have only seen a draft.

You can get free face shield from the State

Many administrators are uncomfortable with providing identifiable information in order to complete the survey.
Adam Steel
40:39
Regarding the survey, concerns I have heard include: It is not anonymous, and there are sections that do not allow submission to the next page, even when typing “N/A” in each field.

Thank you for bringing up the survey. This is Nicole Heimarck. Can you highlight why a student survey did not go out on the statewide basis.
Andrea Elliot
41:39
I have tried it twice and one question always kicks back a message that it must be answered but I have already answered it
Judith Tilton
42:37
Same, the survey kept kicking me back to a question that was not germaine to us

I would love a pediatrician to be a guest speaker to explain to us how very young children can realistically engage in social distancing and use PPE at school.
Esther Asbell
44:34
NHSAA sent an email out regarding question #15 so you can submit-you have to click on ALL choices and enter N/A is comment section. I did bring this to the attention to NHDOE last weekend.
Christy Whipple
44:54
That happens to me as well Andrea. Then it doesn't allow me to finish it through to the end as it's stuck in a loop.

I am thinking that the drop off in completion on the ed leaders STRRT survey is related to the multiple answer check box question which won't let you submit until ALL choices are selected. It is the question about all the areas in which you have policies in place.
Janet Reed
53:29
Do we pick up the PPE or are they delivered to the school?
Donald Erdbrink
54:13
WE had to pick ours up at the DMV. I do not think they deliver.
Donald Erdbrink
54:23
Referring to the PPE
Andrea Elliot
54:26
Regarding PPE - got an automated response that they received the request and would be in touch about next steps. No idea if or when we might receive

what is the link for the clear face shields, please
NHCTE / NH-CTE Official Zoom Account
58:16
We heard directly from AIR today. While they do track IP addresses that stays with AIR within their tech dept. It will not be shared with the NHDOE . AIR collects this information for data quality assurance.
Valerie Carey
59:38
I had to check every box just to be able to submit on a multiple answer question. Some people are doing that so they can just submit. others are giving up at that question.
Lisa A. Witte
59:48
They survey asks for the District name and then for your role within the District. It's not the IP address that is concerning.

Do you know if the draft of the guidance for ESY precautions/in person safety guidelines will be something that other summer programs (21st century, etc. boys/girls club) will be held to?
Becky Forrestall
01:06:05
Would you expect that spec ed students may not also be in summer programs? Or camps? We have many students in both/504 students
Shelly Fagen
01:06:55
Sorry I missed it, when will that guidance be finalized?
Shelly Fagen

Sorry to harp on this- so if I have spec ed students who are also accessing gen ed summer programs, whose responsibility is it to ensure that the staff in those programs/building needs are set up for all students, including spec ed?
