Love it. Yes! It is definitely cultural.
Yes! It also discriminates against nuerodiverse/disabled people who may not have all the nonverbal cues the way you think they should
You can’t see this but I am nodding my head in agreement :)
Same. Typically when I am thinking I have a crabby face. Doesn’t mean I am angry.

I am most grateful for my husband. He is a coworker at my prison and we are going to work twice a week together and home the rest of the time. It’s great for having a support network.
I am most grateful for my wife and family. They keep me and each other strong.
I am thankful for never getting tired of my wonderful quarantine companion, my husband! And for all the amazing webinars people are putting together for librarians.
I am grateful for my health... :)
Thankful for my nephew who works at TJ's and is keeping my southern CA family supplied with groceries!
I am thankful for how well my kids and their teachers have adjusted to 'distance learning'. I know this is a new thing for all of us but they are doing great without fully understanding what is going on.
I'm grateful we still have mail so I can still send letters and packages to my family and friends :)
My chat box was disabled for some reason, so I restarted. I'm grateful that I still have a job and can still pay my bills and that I have many activities to keep me busy
I am most grateful for my coworker - my 13 yro senior pup, Lois Lane. With working from home so much, it's been nice to spend quality time with her before she's no longer with us. <3
I'm grateful for online storytime. I still get to do something I love and of course my husband who is the most amazing stay-at-home dad.
I am grateful for my partner who is taking care of us financially, esp. as I continue with schoolwork, while she works for the teachers' union at the kitchen table.
and for this kind of programming
