Sorry... I use Duke owned for work but my cell for Zoom because there’s no audio on the computer.
I have an older laptop running Windows 7. Is there anyway to update it through OIT?
I can’t get Zoom’s audio to work on Microsoft Remote Desktop on my home iMac. So, you’re saying it’s okay to run Zoom for Duke-related activities from my Mac desktop?

duke health has a separate VPN and it can be accessed through regular duke health channels
