So are our central distribution centers or warehouses.

My volume was low & I found that if I click on the up arrow next to unmute & select Audio Settings, I can adjust the volume. If your volume was turned all the way down, this would help.

What about warehouse to receive Covid 19 supplies?

This may seem like a silly question but instead of leasing if we purchase laptops for essential staff and then Chromebooks for students does this create any type of issue?

Do you have guidance on procuring sanitizing products? Most vendors are sending the products they have to hospitals and first responders. What about purchasing products from sources outside the U.S.?

You have to actually login to TASBO to get the slides? The slides are not on the open forum email. The link takes you to the TASBO login. Is that correct?

You will need to log into TASBO if you click that link and it asks you to log in. Then the discussion page should populate

Our board has not yet adopted rules to accept electronic bids. Do we need to have this in place to receive electronically.

Is there any sample language for board resolution to suspend procurement available?

Are the Federal Fund Certifications that need to be signed off by the vendor required for every purchase or just per vendor?

What about purchasing to-go containers for Child Nut. Svcs from a non-awarded vendor? These are hard to get items. Are we limited to the $10,000 max spend due to USDA req.?

If computers are purchased through an approved District Cooperative but only receives one quote, would this mean we would not be in compliance with FEMA procurement?

What about ordering things like band instruments, library books and larger items right now. Some of our budget managers had reserved portions of their budgets to make larger purchases after Spring Break. These are obviously not emergency and we aren't sure if they will be used in this fiscal year at this point. How should we proceed?

For federal procurements, are scanned/faxed signatures enforceable?

Typically bonds are delivered by the contractor, so the electronic scan will be valid.

Will the questions that we may not have time for be reviewed and posted after session?

For professional services like security during meal and device distribution where a contract is needed, what is allowable when the contract can not be attained?

SBISD took our resolution to the Board last Monday and I’ll be glad to share on Connect.

Please share again on the Procurement Rules for FEMA Reimbursement when purchasing from Sole Source Vendors for COVID-19.

Is there any portion of construction bids, (cm@R, RFQ, Two step processes) that would not be allowed to be received through an ebid system and to do all openings virtually?

SBISD uses DocuSign through a DIR contract, they have a notary function with the signature process.

In regard to out of state cooperative contracts, is it the cooperative location or the vendor's location that we should be looking at?

Ryan good question...since Construction solicitations not allowed to use Electronic bidding.

There is electronic bidding software that has lock-box technology

We currently do accept electronic bids for construction through our electronic bid portal.

Although I've taken electronic bids for decades, we stopped taking construction bids because of the pushback from architects to upload drawings. Has anyone gotten the architects to upload?
