GB&T now can take applications
Darcie Perkins
30:23
Bank of the West and Community Banks also can take application.

H&H CPA- notified us that accountants using Intuit (Quickbooks) are also going to be able to submit applications very soon.
Kelly McKinnis
32:16
Yes the banks are but I learned this morning at Community Banks that they are helping their banking clients first.
Darcie Perkins
33:09
All are working with existing clients first. Shelley Popke informed us this morning if you open an account with Community Banks it may get you in line faster if you don’t have a local bank.
Ashley UpChurch
33:22
That is correct, Kelly. For those who don’t bank with an SBA loan approved bank, it may be better to contact H&H and get set up with Quickbooks Online (you have to be using QBO, not Quickbooks Desktop to submit via Intuit when this becomes available).

I applied with Bank of the West on Saturday. I know a lot of you bank with them so try them if you are a current banking customer.

Darcie...for properties that are under contract, is there a set of parameters for contact with owners/tenants? Or do we need to get a waiver for all specific instances.
Jaima Giles
40:18
Yes I did the same on Sunday. Bank of the West has a portal for application
Darcie Perkins
41:54
We can include a waiver sample on your website so you all can share a resource.

John...can you clarify what messaging has been directed to second home owners regarding returning to their home? Related to that and to the earlier comment about reaching out to second home owners to support businesses. Thanks
John Messner
50:45
lets put it on the spreadsheet for the task force as well
John Messner
56:09
I think that is very important to do

What can anyone do if Joan denies the waiver? Is there a way to take it to a higher level?

Joni - sorry

Thanks to Darcie also for participating on the KBUT panel last night (along with John and Ashley)!
Jaima Giles

Thanks John!

I agree with the challenges and the concerns related to second homeowners entering the valley, I just believe that our message to those homeowners need to be less harsh. :)
Jaima Giles
01:04:37
Great idea Darcie!
MOLLY ELDRIDGE
01:04:45
A letter was forwarded to me from a homeowner who has been here for months and is concerned they are going to be ordered to leave under threat of jail. It would be good to clarify the order to not be here and to say that it isn't necessarily intend to kick people out of where they have been sheltering in place.
Kelly McKinnis
01:04:54
I like that idea!
MOLLY ELDRIDGE
01:06:11
Thank you Darcie. Sending you wishes for a waiver!
Erich Ferchau

I notice that are 14 participants in today's meeting vs. over 50 last week. Brie, can you make a point to distribute the link to the future meetings to all members. Thank you.
MOLLY ELDRIDGE
01:07:57
I think sharing the agenda would be a good way for people to know what they are signing up for. There are a lot of meetings right now.
Brieonna Aljets
01:08:40
Happy to share with all members, we do have a lot of meetings going on right now.
Brieonna Aljets
01:08:55
I thought we only invited managing brokers jto begin with?
Jaima Giles
01:09:21
Brie that is correct. Managing brokers and board members
Brieonna Aljets
01:09:25
Thanks!
Jaima Giles
01:09:42
…and designated brokers if a managing broker cannot attend
MOLLY ELDRIDGE
01:09:43
But really it should be open to everyone.
MOLLY ELDRIDGE
01:09:58
And kind of is already through the website
