As an employer, do I look any more favorable from a legal standpoint if I am allowing employees to come into the office or work from home and it is their choice where they can work?
Great info! A- Can you require someone to allow you to take their temperature? If you take one person’s temperature, do you have to take everyone’s?
How are they going to prove that they were infected by coming to your office/location?

Any rules around allowing "outside" people, like business development people or delivery people before they come in the office, like they have to have a mask on, take their temperature? have it posted?
