How do we deal with our underlying emotions - acknowledging but not amplifying them?
Also, how can we best deal with taught family/habitual anxiety? How do we break the curse?How do we give ourselves grace as we work through it?
Do you agree with sharing our burdens with another Christian in prayer to help with anxiety?
I was going to ask you this when I came downstairs in about 20 minutes, but figured I would ask it for the group's sake. You had said it is a good idea to distract ourselves, but other experts suggest that acknowledging the issue is a better idea than distracting yourself from whatever the issue is. So, would you say there is a balance that should be struck between the two? Or do you think one may be better than the other?
