Star Banks Inn - can you send me an email at email@example.com - I'll get the information we have right now.
Do we have to do this per week or per our internal pay periods? we pay twice per month. we don't have a weekly pay schedule
Referencing this mandate, is there a max/min employee count on which companies are required to do this? Businesses with 500 or less or 500 or more?
After the employer completes the partial UI, do the employees need to file as well?
what if employee voluntarily does not want to work but you are offering hours, do you file on their behalf too?
Does the GA DOL rule apply to those employees who are on furlough or LWOP?
They will be coming back after we open to the public.
If employees hours are reduced, what percentage of hour reduction must they undergo to have balance of hours covered by UI.
keep these coming - I will ask as many as possible
where is the poster?

Are there still exceptions to the sick leave requirement?
This morning the International Franchise Association webinar they said that this does not apply to employers with less than 50 employees - can you verify?
And where does the $ come from to pay for persons who are getting this 80 hours of paid sick leave?
If employee is furloughed due to lack of work after April 1 - are they still eligible for FFCRA benefits?
If an employee has already used their FMLA or is currently using FMLA, are they entitled to an additional 12 weeks?
Definitely interested in getting the updates!
The GDOL website keeps crashing when we are trying to get our employees set up. Any suggestions?
If you did the layoff on 3/18, does Families First apply? (How far backward does it look?)
Speaking of paper trail, Is there forms already generated for us to use for the new E-PSL or E-FMAL? If so, where do we find them?

What about Home care/health care since they are essential employees.

3 employees hired
thanks for answering
So the 2 week FMLA leave - I'm confused as to how employers are required to file for unemployment for employees, but also pay 2 weeks through FMLA.?
no pay period was regarding UI
do you know how this relates to Surety Bonds?
What desginates a shut down? Our professional association for our business suggested we limit to emergenices only.
do we have to file FMLA or pay this as well as UI?
OK so it is either or, not both.... if we are closed temporarily for 30 days due to CV19 then we file unemployment since we will open again in 30 days?

Who would suggest we speak to FIRST regarding the SBA loans that have been included in the relief package signed into law?
Should we poll staff to ask them to self-identify of they qualify for Families First Act paid leave?
Does the partial UI or full UI due to Covid-19 impact your modifier
Thom, email me at firstname.lastname@example.org … a banker friend sent me some info for several of my businessowner clients. I'll email you SBA contact that answers your question.
Can we get what Thom is getting or Thom can you forward the SBA info please?
I also have the question as to how this affects a non-profit business. Where would I be able to find this info?
Contact you local bank for forms. Most have them.
when filing a claim it asks if the employee earned wages during that week. will it base the partial unemployment based on prior payroll tax records? how do they know what to pay employees??
So, what happens if we furlough or layoff before April 1? This act does not apply to us?
EXAMPLE: So if I have 10 employees I plan on furloughing after April 1 - does that mean any of those 3 who meet the FFCRA (child at home) criterea get FFCRA and the rest are fuloughed?>

If you file for partial unemployment for an employee do you need to file for them every week
the GADOL notice we received said we had to wait till our pay period ended... we could not start the UI filing until our period ended. is this correct ?
If we cut out overtime, that does not qualify as a reduction in hours and would not require us to file the UI?
Are there any changes in eligibility requirements for UI? Specifically length of employment.
As long as employer has posted the DOL poster on EFMLA, then has employer done what is required versus "asking" employees if they are in one of the categories under EFMLA?
I understand there are exceptions for businesses under 50 employees where participation is not required. What are those exceptions and how are they measured so we know if we are in this category?
Can we submitt for umemployment for our employees for last week (prior to april 1st), then so ESL or EFMLA
If we have reduced hours, but many of the employees still make over the maximum unemployment of $365 a week, do we still file the partial claim for them or do we only file for employees who's pay has been cut and they fall below the maximum amount?
My understanding is that if our building is closed to the public but our entire staff is teleworking, we are to electronically notifiy staff of this new poster
Is that correct?

Hi. It is still unclear whether it would be better to file for UI benefits or to apply for a loan to pay our employees and get loan forgiveness.
Thanks everyone for attending.
