@Himanshu – we’ll send more info as a follow up after the webinar, but Bonusly works great as a recognition solution for virtual teams. I can send over some remote-specific resources directly, as well.
I look at anonymous feedback very similar to qualitative and quantitative data. You need both to allow for a full 360 view. Sharing candid and negative feedback is very difficult for some even in the best work environment.
