No women in this orchestra!!

02:22:16
I was just going to say that! 1950s?

02:42:02
It looked to me like one shot in the Bernstein “Figaro” included a women (a about at 1:07 to 1:27 in the video). The first woman to play with the New York Philharmonic was Steffy Goldner who played the harp with the orchestra from 1922 to 1932. After she left the orchestra, it was more than 25 years before the orchestra engaged another woman.
