with ever changing events, some Health and Safety people at our agency feel that it is not sufficient to just track back 48 hours from point of symptoms (which is what our local public health supports and did with our positive staff). H and S believe there should be reach out for any one who has had contact with the positive person within 7 days. Do you support this as from the HR perspective, we want to be guided by public health and not send mixed messages.

Just wondering as to physical distancing when workplaces begin to reopen. Most workplaces have cubicles that are open.

It is expected that Public Health would provide guidelines re: engineering approaches that employers can consider to keep all safe?
