Two questions for at-large:1. Has the federal student hardship grant disbursement date been announced?2. Has UTMB established a date at which broad (including asymptomatic patient) COVID-19 testing will be available? This comes from students who are concerned that they may be asymptomatic carriers.
Eunice
29:48
3. Are students able to schedule Zoom meetings under UTMB's license? There are a number of student organization leaders who are hoping to hold large club meetings on Zoom for Match panels, COVID-19 response, etc
Norma Perez

SOM Emergency Loan fund. This is 0% interest. Please contact Ms. Carol Cromie for information.
Eunice
31:08
Thank you, Dr. Perez. I think that this question was specifically for the federal grant, not the SOM emergency loan.
Eunice
37:06
Another at-large question:Could some of the program-specific coordinators talk about some of the policies that UTMB programs have put in place to protect residents?
Eunice
41:21
Yes, that was me -- and I will let them know, thank you!
Eunice
42:27
At-large question:Do we expect next year's loan disbursements to be delayed?
Melissa Victory
45:06
Same vein - will tuition for 2020-2021 still be due starting in July?
angelina
47:03
Is there a predicted date that the Prometric testing centers will reopen? Or is it likely that we will not be able to take Step 2 until August or after?
Stacy Shields

Ruth Levine

Jessica Stauber
47:56
Will there be any sort of tuition "break" or reduction given that a large portion of our tuition goes towards on-campus resources (library use, alumni field house, etc.) that are closed for the unforeseeable future, especially given that you all expect this to go into at least July or August?
Norma Perez
49:35
