I work in a rural community where online presence is not significant. Many small retailers are struggling because they no longer have that walk up traffic and tourism that they rely heavily on. Many of these businesses do not know where to start. Technology is overwhelming to them. I know that you mentioned the Digital Audit, but could you break it down to the simplest beginning advice for these businesses who are having to completely pivot and change their business model?

36:29
I also see that Hootsuite is providing free access to its Pro Plan to non-profits and small businesses until July 1.

I have a great online store - actually two - and my question is around ideas on how to reach new potential customers. I’d love more people to know about what we do as our online store is usually 10% of our sales. It has increased significantly but isn’t coming close to our store sales.

46:49
Hi everyone, feel free to email myself or my colleague for help with transitioning to the online world or develop a strategy to help you grow during these tough times. We have some free tools and can help you out. Reach out to brenang@breezemaxwebsales.com and anastasias@breezemaxwebsales.com

If you have a Vancouver Public Library card you can go to vpl.ca/lynda to take online courses for free - some of them touch on website development. Other public libraries may also give you access to Lynda too.
