Who controls access to the breakout rooms and how does a party know if someone is coming into the room (ie. concerns if client and LLB having private discussion - can mediator just come in with or without parties knowing)
The host controls access to the meeting rooms … mediator can come in, but his/her presence is known. Can send a broadcast chat message to warn those in the room that he/she is going to come in

I hope he addresses that somehow about how that happened.

Suggests a best practice to have another person providing support to deal with hacking, questions and the like.
It is also workplace investigation! with a similar~different set of challenges and issues. Lessons learned in ODR are being looked at and applied to WI.
