Bloomberg report states that almost 45% of rent (7.5 billion) has not been paid and landlords are sending default notices. Are the landlords going to get new tenants if the current ones leave?

likely solution to the tenant harassment bill: Similar to the rent reform laws pertaining to LL’s offering buy outs of rent controlled and rent stabilized tenants..LL’s are allowed to ask (once) if they would like to consider taking a buy out…but beyond that, it would be harassing the tenant
Do you think that retail tenants who apply for the EIDL Loan and secures the funds will be able to sustain their business and pay the rent?
