I have regressed in the change curve.. What has contributed to me moving is.. I'm a very positive person and have a "can do" attitude. So at 1st I was in the acceptance phase. Right now the reality of this has hit me.. I have regressed now thinking this will be the reality of the situation for the foreseable future.. :(
What helped u move along the Change Curve:1. A longer term clear vision and objectives that is beyond the crisis2. Strong, and yet realistic leadership3. Great teamwork and trust

I haven't moved that much. Still in the Resistance/Depression stage a fair bit. In my case its external factors in my personal life, that I now don't get any relief from.
Specialise in turnarounds and could see need to guide & support & others not use to these events
Seeing the needs of others (personal communities as well as professional/clients) and mindset of service and opportunity to step up.
Talking to others, being normalised, seeking ideas and interventions; experimenting - setting up structure- adjusting to new paradigms.
Thanks to everyone for being so open and honest in the chat. Some great learnings are coming from everyone sharing.
