Not sure how others feel, but when I call, I assume if the voice matches the gender on my contact, I assume I'm talking to who I called and will start with "Hi Tom (or Mary), it's Rick Tibbitts with Allison James Estates & Homes". Rather than asking "Hi, is Tom there?"

I currently have FUB and have been contemplating Firepoint. 4 agents and 1 lender. What do you consider the strengths & weaknesses of FUB. What are the strengths and weaknesses of FP? Basically what would we lose from moving from FUB to FP and what would we gain with FP?

On the CRM discussion, I'm on LionDesk. I do like it quite a bit. But it has issues of speed and more frequent quirkiness than I'd like (I get no app is without its issues). I'm a solo agent and curious if many here have left LionDesk for FUB and regretted it. I understand FUB doesn't allow for drip texts - this would be a loss, even though I'm using Raiya with Ylopo. Any thoughts here or offline would be appreciated.

I have looked at moving the team over to Firepoint, Currently with FUB. Since you have teams using each, Firepoint allows you to use a drip text system that are auto sent. Those come with an “unsubscribe” button though. Are you seeing better response rate on FUB over FP due to that button and it looking like its automated on FP

I have something very basic so I apologize however I am looking for some direction for my team. I am the Assistant. We have only been active for a week and we love it so far. Trying to work through how to manage the leads. One thing that has come up is that we had a lead request a showing then when we trying to contact she was unresponsive. Any suggestions? Can you please go over the process for importing old leads into Ylopo. I think it is just a specific tag we add. We have 6 agents on the team and a $600 remarketing budget (which I believe is what we use for these folks?). Based on these numbers, how many should I import each month? After they are imported, do I need to change the tags? Thanks

I have been using Happy Grasshopper for over 6 months, but don't have all of my contacts loaded as I have been focusing on Ylopo. However, the first e-mail blast that went out resulted in a closing last Friday - this was a person in my database that I did not know at all. I get a lot of people responding to the e-mails.
