Austin Channing Brown - I'm Still Here is her book
The book Out of My Mind! The main character has a photographic memory but has cerebral palsy and communicates through her communication board.
In the book, she gets on the academic decathlon team and is left behind. She saves her sister from getting run over by a car. That’s a really bad synopsis of the book - but it’s a fabulous book by Sharon Draper.
