Our district has cafeteria workers making sack meals and deploying buses to various areas in our district for drive thru or walk up delivery. People who are walking up are doing a very good job of keeping with the 6ft distance. The kids have to be present.

Yes the deadline has been extended see OMB 20-17 memo and they also changed purchasing guidelines OMB 20-18

We have been continuing use of IDEA funds for wage maintenance of non-certified staff though they are not currently directly involved in instruction. Do we know if this will be disallowed?
