If you send out a message to too many people at a time systems often think your email is spam.

Meeting for 2 hrs/day during a several day conference is a great tip. What is the expected participant retention like?

02:29:01
What are your thoughts about doing a face to face AND virtual conference - where parts are available virtually for those who can't travel to the face to face event?

With 5, 6, and 7 year olds...
Dan Foreman Digital Promise
02:31:12
The first time I did this. It was 6 hours straight on one day. We started with a hundred we ended with 20. 2 hours a day over three days we kept almost 200 each day for the entire process.

02:33:21
For small children you have to have parental support with them. I would create a parent contract and have a parent meeting first before doing this with small children. That enables level setting and a setting of expectations for parents to understand.

02:34:13
Have you created follow-up sessions/cohorts, etc for continued processing and learning after the virtual conference?
