Brien Pelham
01:38:06
Hugh, you need to join the audio either via your device or computer, or phone in. Zoom should have given you a choice. If you still have no audio, sign out and sign back in and see if that fixes it.
Hugh

Given OSHA and CDC guidance to not get doctors notes to go back to work, couldn't you just have the employee sign a statement saying they were out for COVID-related isolation/quarantine or care for another with related condition as the documentation for tax purposes?

Q58 - if you have a 5 person crew and the first 3 are given paid leave and you can still operate/function w 2 and then the next 1 requests leave, which would then hinder the ability to function, can you authorize leave for the first 3 and deny the 4th?

This is a nightmare for small business, most of which do not have access to professional HR or legal help to digest a new program in the midst of dealing with the other COVID19 impacts... Any pragmatic suggestions to address this?

I don't understand the self-employed set up. If your taxes are less than your salary, how could it be equal to what others are getting?

I layed off all my employees before April but I still pay their healthcare premiums. Can I recover this under the payroll tax credit for either EPSL or EFMLA?
Elke S.
02:22:56
Hi Stephanie :) Would there be an option for claiming the credit if we are continuing Health Insurance for our team while they are laid off due to reduced hours, but not getting EPSL or EFMLA?
