our group agreed that we want to keep in touch with our donors/supporters and let them know what we’ve been up to, what’s changed, not changed, etc. As Greg said, “when things open up, we want our supporters to know we’re still here!”

Here is the question to ask your boards and staff, What is the purpose of our organization, and how can we fulfill our mission most effectively given pandemic-related restrictions and limited resources?
Sarah Holbrooke ED Pinhead

I have a Pinhead board meeting at 1pm so I need to jump. Jessica Tenenbaum will take notes for Pinhead! I found this VERY helpful so thanks to you all!

Blaine Bailey
01:40:31
A quick way to get board approvals, and easy to keep track of have been utilizing the Google Forms. It makes it easy to just send those out real quick in an email.

Can you review what top 3 scenarios would you recommend every nonprofit do
Nicci Crowley - Onward! A Legacy Foundation
01:46:25
A covid committee sounds really wise. I think if that lays on one person in the organization it can get disheartening. And can lead down a dark path when that is a big part of your focus.

01:47:01
somw of my members think scenario planning is a sign of impending failure. how would you respond?
Kelly Goodin
01:48:55
I think scenario planning makes sense, we were all very unprepared for COVID-19 in March and I know I don't want to go through that again.
Marcie Bidwell
01:51:09
Scenario planning done well will also identify opps to even excel in these strange times by identifying ways to use this as a move forward, if you do it well
Kate Hartzell
01:51:53
Thank you, Marcie! I agree!

Can we vote again for our second choice?
Tedi Gillespie
01:53:25
Excellent presentation and materials. Really think these are basic steps that Every organization should be doing right now. Sometimes materials and resources feel overwhelming and too much but all of this is really basic and well worth doing. I also would add using this planning to share with donors who I think really appreciate the work and transparency.
