WD calls this program a repayable contribution and not a loan. I believe contributions are considered income and are taxable. Will businesses be taxed on this program?

Hi Cherly, if we have time. If someone wants to start a new business of get money for an existing (in a non COVID environment) what are the rates one can expect? In the past I did not take funds from CF because the rates were quiet high? But I would love to work together next time or refer local businesses.
