All advisors need to assess the responses of providers to help support their clients. Clearly they differ greatly not only for clients BUT Advisor support e.g maintaining renewals evn thru policy holidays or suspensions. We must take this into account when recommending their products. They all say they are trying their best to support their clients but some more than others!!
