What are your insights so far?
Feel free to share your insights here in chat!
Pain happens/suffering optional is great….buddist teaching is suffering is the second arrow…we get hit with one arrow that’s the pain and our relationship to that pain is the second arrow.
Pam that is a great perspective.
Thanks Pam! Love this!

I’m a graduate of Azim’s first class in Forgiveness. And I’m grateful for the privledge
meditation is so important especially these days it is great for self-reflection and a really great way to colm the inner monsters during these stressful days.
Very insightful and glad he made the connection to prayer and mindfulness as well. Forgiveness is a tenant of my faith and yet I never had the same insights as he is providing-thanks.
The dance between desire and detachment:Quote 1: If you care enough for a result, you will certainly attain it - William JamesQuote 2: How helpless we are, like netted birds, when we are caught by desire - Belva plain
Seems you must really trust the universe!
The real meaning of the F wordQuote: To forgive is to set a prisoner free and find out that the prisoner was you - Lewis Smedes
All of this brings up the aspects of "Surrender" and of "Acceptance"
