there is a website I found that has educational fun stuff to do at home when you are shut in.
For me, sometimes enjoying, or trying to enjoy the small things that we may not have the time for or do as much helps me through this emotionally and mentally.
Plus a change in season for me would definitely help. But that's because I'm a summer person.
and volunteering there churches online asking for volunteering to help people not feel lonely and sharing your personal stories to support people in different areas.

In Maine, there many community support programs have closed. The state has said that telehealth is allowed, but one issue is a lot of staff do not know how to use tech either. Maybe training for staff to be able to use the tech.
