as an essential worker, I am still working every day but my family is all displaced at home. When I get home, I just want to rest & relax but they want attention. how do you explain that without hurting their feelings?
What are some of the lead indicators to watch out for as we are about to have a stress episode?
Can you speak to the feeling that we should be more productive if we are working from home? I’ve heard a lot of people talk about how they feel like they should be accomplishing a lot but just can’t seem to do it.
what are some tools to identify, isolate, and overcome anxiety that presents itself in the form of “being cautious?”
re: work and essential errands that require leaving the house
What if someone is becoming distant/shut down, but when confronted they are resistant to help. Not confrontational, but thinks they are fine and don't need help.
