Is impliedly a word?
Jeffrey Hernandez
36:53
Dan, yes, that is the case for any standing committee, i.e., a committee that regularly recommends actions to the full senate. You may want to check this presentation from the fall 2019 leadership institute: https://www.asccc.org/sites/default/files/5.30.19%20-%20Brown%20Act%20%28Academic%20Senate%20Faculty%20Leadership%20Institute%29.pptx
Jeffrey Hernandez
39:32
Dan asked Are all Senate standing committees also Brown Act committees?
Jeffrey Hernandez
40:19
Yes. The ASCCC staff will be doing so.
Jeffrey Hernandez
42:38
Chisato, I justed check and noticed that not all of the ppts are up yet. It may take our staff a bit time as they are currently stretched getting all of the pd webinars up and running, and doing spot trouble shooting. I would say next week may be more realistic.
Jeffrey Hernandez
43:23
Thank you Michelle. I'll share that.

Hi Mike. The wording in the Government Code specifies roll call voting for "all votes."

I just want to suggest something that worked well for our very large senate (60+) I had someone in our meeting who is not on the Senate and was just there to help me manage the question order for debate and discussion. She and I had a shared google doc which I had up on a separate computer where she listed who was next and what the question was
Beatriz Magallon
01:29:35
you did a wonderful job. Thank you
Julie Clark
01:29:42
Wonder if you could use something like iClickers or Poll Everywhere, where each voting member must log in and do votes that way to record the votes. Similar to the BoardDocs idea.
