Who can see your viewing activity?
Props you will need:- Hand weights, which could be dumbbells, cans of soup, jars of peanut butter, full water bottles or any other creative household object you would like.- Carpet slider. You could use a Tupperware lid to slide over carpet or if you will be training on floorboards socks will be perfect!
