consistently prioritize some physical fitness activity 6 to 7 days a week as opposed to making it a nice to have
Goal: rejuvenating brain fogs
Meal prep weekly to make healthier choices when life gets busy
I am pursuing physical healing from a chronic disease, and my overarching goal is to learn to love my body as it is.

An imperfect journey...that is a freeing thought
are use the small dot matrix at the bottom of each week in the horizontal planner to set up a accountability check for gratitude time exercise self-care food and water. I tried to send a picture of it but I can't

as for imperfection, I have a number of the spots that have a slash instead of an X because maybe I'll do some yoga but I won't do 20 minutes of cardio. Good way to keep me tracking on where I need to continue to improve and it is an imperfect journey but it's a fun ride

Any advice in drinking so much water...when throughtout the day do you get that much in?
have switched to almost only drinking water all day long...but at times being I have a desk job I can find myself forgetting to drink through work day hours...good idea to start out drinking more in morning...thx
