I may be thinking of something else, but SBA used to have a loan provision that board members had to personally guarantee loans?
This is different from the usual SBA loans, it’s not required
The SBA document says 2.5 * average monthly payroll. That is 20.8%. Please clarify for folks. 2.5% is way too low.

Some banks are requiring existing direct deposit relationship.
It is basically 2.5 months worth of your total average monthly payroll expenses, right?
To Emily's question, I think someone inadvertently said 2.5% when the meant 2.5 times, 250% of monthly payroll.

Sorry of this is repetitive, if an employee is paid more than $100K a year, can this salary be covered by the PPP? or, can the portion up to $100k be covered?
Portion up to $100K can be included and forgiven. Capped at $100K. So not portion over $100K
