How did you handle distributing the goods? How many people did it take? Did staff go pick things up from each vendor, bring to a centralized spot, and pack stuff up?

Were the vendors charged credit card fees on top of the $20/month fee?

We will post the resources, links etc. mentioned in each webinar under the recording off that webinar. Go to go.osu.edu/AgMadness to find the recording. It takes a day or so to get it posted but we get them up as soon as possible.

Can she talk a little bit more about where the products were staged and was it the MARKET who aggregated all that stuff, or was it the car going up to each VENDDOR to place the order? And then how did you settle up with each vendor? That sounds like a nightmare......

How many volunteers/employees were needed for the Las Vegas system?

We started a drive-through farmers' market 2 weeks ago. 150 cars/10 vendors first week, 200 cars/15 vendors second week. Vendor reported sales were higher per vendor on average based on vendor survey we did.

For the pre-order markets, have you considered a sign up sheet for pickup? We used Signup Genius for our second pre-order market and it helped a lot.
