A question has been sent in: A question for all speakers please. What has changed in terms of the indicators of safeguarding issues (that is, we don't necessarily see learners face to face or via video and often visual cues are important for raising safeguarding issues).

We are finding that adult learners are appreciating any type of regular contact from tutors e.g. well being checks
I am not sure how all of this will work with the government instructions for next year
