When starting a company, what would be the best starting point for incorporating HR? For example, a standard employment agreement/contract? Is there such thing as a HR ‘getting started’ package?
I agree with Nimble Science. In 20 years of managing people, I have learned more than the basics. HR in large and small organization is critically important. It would be useful to have a list of the basic requirements for a start-up. Thank you.
