So just to confirm, the letters of affiliation for S/R grant do not have to be from an academic instuition in the country of choice ? It can be from an archive, like the example you gave, for a written commitment of support?

Can you conduct preliminary fieldwork research prior/outside of Fulbright and then apply for Fulbright with the same proyect?

Thank you all. What about end of S/R grant reporting at the termination of the project. Are there certain deliverables expected by the Fullbright program to demonstrate fufillment of the study/ research project.
