As we have started e-learning at home this week with our kiddos, writing a schedule every day for them has been incredibly helpful

Our staff is meeting via Zoom twice daily

We need to ask our staff what is needed.

We use the morning zoom to set priorities. Afternoon Zoom to discuss accomplishments and get support if needed

The business is in G-Suite.

And naming docs clearly is so important :)

I think slack is a really beneficial thing to implement while working remotely. It acts like a group chat in some ways, so it's a good place to have those "water cooler" conversations!

CEEP hosted a virtual 'happy hour' yesterday afternoon for our staff and everyone was able to share their pets, kids etc. It was really fun and we are doing it every week now
