Funding Priorities of Child Care Providers: Where would increased investment go? - Shared screen with speaker view

Did the survey include Spanish-speaking providers?
as a private community Day care we feel so much pressure to compete with schools preschool program. we can not compete with their resources
Not only does it feel like we compete with the public schools but at times very young children are moving between two programs and this is not in the best interest of young children's social emotional development.
And public preschool program reject our request to have preschool program even though we meet their requirements
our input is not valued
when comes to free tuition and no copayment, they choose public school with no money and much better resources
I have to hop. I hope we can speak to the proposed recommendations of the funding commission that should address some of the inequities raised by Rosie, Azar, and Debra.
moving away from reimbursements and allowing for more equity for smaller providers.
thanks I will
They've made the application so difficult! 17 pages are a waste.
that’s a lot of pages
17 pages without additional documentation!
Hopefully when we have our own dept. parents will only have to fill out one form
I have to hop off. Thank you everyone for all your hard work.
Thank you Pat!
