What about filming incidents on campus and then uploading to a social media platform? Or sharing video that you did not film?

So do we read the case to add off campus (or the site of the speech) as one of the Tinker balancing points or does it create a separate balancing act (location, parental role, uniform worn, disruption etc) for off campus speech, however we define that
