One of my first in-person encounters with Jess and Angela was related to an OLC conference session on Women in Online Learning Leadership...the session was all about panelists and participants sharing their stories about their personal leadership journeys. It was very powerful, and OLC has since developed so many wonderful events and resources to promote diversity, equity and inclusion within our communities. Thank you, Jess, Angela, and everyone else who continues to contribute to this effort.
