Who’s “At-Risk”? How to Determine and Address Risk of Institutional Placement to Achieve the New Core Service of Diversion - Shared screen with speaker view
If you would like to submit a question, type it in the Q&A tab located at the bottom of the screen.
Don't know you are seeing fuzzy...my screen looks clear except for the black boxes coming and going
Are each of these equally weighted or are some of them more heavily weighted?
Too bad. Something is up with Zoom today.
When I expanded my screen, I was able to read it. Mine isn't really fuzzy, just small, so I don't know what's going on to cause that.
I can see it all clearly except for the occasional black box.
Fuzzy screens, black boxes, etc. Not sure what's causing the problems.
We will be having a Question & Answer soon, so submit your questions in the Q&A tab located at the bottom of your screen.
How does the weighting work for the check boxres?
I can't see that from what TIM did on the spreadsheet
I'll ask Michelle to expand on that during the Q&A break.
More how we can see it in the coding. I know EXCEL but I can't see from what you displayed what the scores are for, for example, the check boxes for medical conditions
the check bozes look gray on the shared screen
Please just tell me wqhat the check box weights are
okay, the check boxes still look gray to me
the list that starts with coronary heart disease
is each one of those 10?
How much is each check worth?
Oh, they don
t have any weight, okay
So the only weight is yes for J? Okay
Hey Tim, not sure what you're referring to. Can you clarify?
I am a little confused. The notes state survey contains 4 items, though it seems all are bing used?
Just checking in on time... We have 32 minutes for 16 slides.
Is CIL Suites going to add a Diversion field?
RE: Jam's question. I seem to remember someone saying that CIL Suite was going to add fields related to the new core services. Have you heard that?
Ok, thanks Jackie.
I'll send that Q your way during the Q&A break.
Got it. Will do.
Only 5 min left, so we'll need to get to the last Q&A.
oops sorry I chimed in too fast!
No problem, just watching the clock. [Smile]
I noticed that having a lack of ability with IADLs (instrumental activities of daily liviing) rather than just ADLs doesn't seem to be a risk factor on your survey? Have I missed it, or is there a reason you don't include it?
