The traffic will be minimal since the residents in the 264 apartments will turn off immediately into this development off I-85 and the additional lane on Clairmont Road will be a huge benefit for all of us.

The third southbound lane proposed by GDOT on Clairmont extending south to Audubon becomes the left turn lane to eastbound Audubon; there is not a proposed southbound right-turn lane into Audubon in the Concept Plan. That intersection has the most accidents on southbound Clairmont other than at Briarcliff or the I-85 ramps intersections. It is still a concept plan.

Helen the GDOT is also adding an additional lane on the exit ramp off of I-85 . This is in-addition to the added lane on Clairmont to Audubon and a turnaround traffic circle at the lower level of our Cathedral entrance
