Why is the training not mandatory?

Influencing people to take part in Training is better than making it mandatory IMHO

can be capable of handling political awareness within the pack

Can leaders not only call out unwarranted behaviour, but honour or validate positive processes or teams ?

vulnerability and learning from mistakes is a mark of a good leader right?

we have seen how well esg has done during Covid...just hope that corporate memory doesn’t just spring back!

COVID is a period where few companies lost their and employees lost their jobs. But companies that are doing good thankfully what kind of message or signs that they should show to the employees that their job is secure.

I don't think I would elf identify as a lesbian if I was living in certain parts of the UK.
