Can we send out paper surveys to residents?

I would suggest mailing a hard copy of the survey to every resident in PV request their participation and return it with mailing it back or delivering to a drop box

Can we notify people through the fire bill?

Also, can we place a banner in front of town hall.

Either to come inside and fill out a survey or have the website. Also, a posting at the post office.

There is already a spot for a banner out in front of town hall where we announce the art show or talks with a cop.

Also, post in the Independent that people can come into the post office and pick up a survey.

Announce to residents that they do not have to zoom, but can call in by telephone.

Can we place announcements through HOA groups and through faith organizations in town to get input.

Once again, given the demographic, people need to know that they can also call in.

What about putting a survey in the Independent that people can fill out and mail to the Town.
