In the past the the salix grants have been a loan at a low rate. Can you confirm if this is still the case, as my finance director thinks it may now be a grant.

I think offsetting is possibly required, but we'll see. We have the land to do this of course - might be interesting for colleges to link with landowners and find JV opportunities especially as new Agriculture Bill comes through
