Hello Dominick, I see that you have raised your hand. If you have questions regarding content please feel free to enter that into the Q&A. For any other questions you can add those to the chat here.

01:06:32
No question.

01:15:03
Jo Ann, we also saw a decline by students who enrolled in our debt reduction/match scholarship program.

01:15:58
Sorry for my ignorance: Does "educational debt"includes living costs too or just for tuition fees?

01:16:50
Thanks Jo Ann

01:26:21
A lot of these are face-to-face and so many have been online.

01:27:10
Christopher will do some comparisons of campus and online students in just a moment

01:29:06
Administer a parish/congregation was lowest or second to last lowest. If I understand this concept, as a whole we are not preparing our graduates to practically run a church. Would this be an accurate analysis of the data?

01:31:39
I think that might be partially accurate. During the ECFFM Initiative we found that at some schools these administrative classes were offered, but students did not want to take them. I think it has to do with both values and offerings.

01:32:41
What is "other vocation"

01:33:39
I find it interesting that "Pastoral Counseling" only shows up in health care/counselor. We have had MDiv students express more interest in pastoral counseling classes as part of their training, especially in the midst of the trauma of COVID.

01:34:02
agree Andrew

01:34:23
Is there any data that separates students in full time vocational ministry while in school and those not?

01:38:05
That helps. Thanks

01:40:05
Thanks, Jo Ann. Sorry, Alexander, that I missed your comment.

01:45:20
What about having a general chaplaincy category, since there is more than just health care: e.g. prison, military, hospice, law enforcement, sports etc.?

01:45:46
Great job, Chris! Jo Ann addressed my question in the chat. I love analyzing data so I really appreciate what you are doing!

01:45:57
This is really interesting that Congregational/Parish ministry rates as the top option while the pastoral skills in previous slides were listed as areas where graduates felt the least prepared.

01:47:05
Have you found any insights broken down by gender demographics when it comes to students plans after graduation? For example, at our school, we have seen fewer female students plan to serve in a church setting than their male counterparts.

01:49:24
Do you have any data about students planning to go into bi-vocational ministry after graduation?

01:50:17
It's interesting that the percentage was nearly equal for folks interested in congregational/parish MA Professional and MA Academic. I wonder if the practicum is less relevant for folks already engaged in ministry and so they go the academic MA route.

01:59:16
Do you capture MA grads who plan to get further study?

02:11:47
Did you say this entire report is available?

02:11:54
Will the powerpoint be shared or just the video?

02:12:12
thanks!

02:12:23
Thank you!

02:12:40
I believe the powerpoint will be shared as well.

02:12:44
Thank you, extremely helpful!

02:14:01
Thanks to both of you!

02:14:04
Thank you!
