I offer my prayer tonight on behalf of my Cantorial colleagues who have joined this Zoom event tonight as well as many others who loved Moshele our friend, and well as fellow choir members of Beth Shalom here tonight, some who sang before me, with me and after my time n choir. What an honor it was to stand in his shadow and join our voices in harmony. Moshe was so much more than a voice, he was a dugma, an exemplar of Yiddishkeit, an embodiment of Faith.

Nice to see so many friends from our extended Beth Shalom and Squirrel Hill family as we honor the memory of such a special man. We were honored to know him and to hear his singing and prayers for so many years.

I echo Michael’s message as well. May we share in beautiful memories and beautiful music.
