I am just going to type my question so that I don’t forget haha! When you have a student-paced nearpod, do they see each others answers on things like collaboration and poll?

Is there any youtube channel where you are recording the webinar videos?

It is hard to search content or subject after clicking one of the publishers. You have to scroll way down in order to find a nearpod lesson which match your lesson.

Are there lessons for teaching foreign languages like Spanish in Nearpod?

I could not add a google form directly to one of the slides on my neared lesson. It does not work.

I just checked with my team - Google's URL shortener is not loading properly within Nearpod so recommendation is to use the long URL or another shortener.

Is there a better option than poll if you DO want them to see each others answers on a self-paced lesson? I want them to see each others answers on a yes/no/maybe question
Chiara Geremia
14:42
I personally like the Collaborate board best because it allows students to elaborate on their answer & “like” responses from their peers
Mrs. Faffley
16:05
I have a bunch of the collaborate slides in the one that I am working on now, so I was looking to switch it up a tad. Is there anything other than collaboration that they will see other kids answers to in self pace?
Chiara Geremia
16:15
Note that for Immersive Reader, you need to go to your advanced settings to enable this feature before using
Chiara Geremia
17:24
The Time to Climb game will let students see other students answers in student paced (not individual answers with names, but overall)
Mrs. Faffley
20:09
Is there a benefit to creating slides in nearpod itself vs. using google slides and the add on?
Mrs. Faffley
25:09
Can you edit those slides in there once you download them? (PDF method)

Does Flip grid activity require students create an individual account on Flip Grid or are the students going to be directed to Flip Grid directly from Nearpod?

Does this work well with Schoology?

34:17
There was an update about being able to see student progress?
Chiara Geremia
34:38
Nearpod does not have student accounts, but they can take notes throughout the Nearpod lesson - the notes will be sent to their email for reference later

For the NEarpod development team; It would be awesome if students can have access to all the nearpod lessons in one place when they login to their accounts :)

Ah good to know- so if we want them to have access to it throughout the class, we should create in google slides instead. Would they continue to have access to all of the nearpod features added to that?
Y #
42:10
Is there a way to make ‘’emailing lesson notes to students’’ feature set up for all the students by the teacher?(Not leaving it to student’s choice)
