For a child renting from a parent, if there are the same documents available that there are for a typical landlord and child, there shouldn't be an issue. Both the landlord and the tenant are required to swear to the accuracy of the application upon penalty of perjury

After documents are submitted, if the applicant has been associated with the account, when you sign in to the landlord account, and go to owner profile, you will see the applications that are associated with the account. For each application, there will be a tab that shows application submitted date, as well as a tab that shows some of the applicant's personal information, and then a third tab that shows documents submitted with confirmation numbers. Unfortunately, you can't view the actual document after you've submitted it
