Could you address how things will work if the county commissioners indeed choose to not follow the state issued health orders.

so do business have to have 10 or less people in our shops at one time?
Dave Clark

I understand the state has given us 2 weeks from last Friday to get numbers down. I understand the commissioners noted that 4 weeks is more reasonable to have adequate time for the mitigation efforts to make a difference. Is the county requesting the 4 weeks?
Kori Wilford, MPH

No, there are no impacts to business capacities at this time.

I submitted a couple of event variance request forms through the county for an outdoor holiday light event that is in an public park weeks ago, but I haven't heard anything back. I have followed up with email a few times with no response. We proposed the event following all of the current guidelines and are moving forward with planning the event. When should we expect a response? The event starts in just over 2 weeks. Thank you!
